    Our confidential, 100% dentist-owned private group is hiring two General Dentists to join a growing team in Las Vegas. Whether you're a new graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced clinician looking for greater autonomy and earning potential, this is an opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry in a modern, technology-driven environment.

    If your long-term goal is to become a true "Super GP"—performing restorative, endodontic, surgical, implant, cosmetic, and advanced treatment under one roof—we'd love to talk.

    • Established patient base

    • Typical providers produce approximately $4,500–$7,500+ per day depending on experience and scope of practice

    • 100% dentist-owned and dentist-led

    Built-In Specialty Support

    Compensation
    • 30% of Collections
    • $700 Daily Guarantee (First 90 Days)
    • $10,000 Commitment Bonus
      • $5,000 upon start
      • $5,000 upon two-year renewal
    • 1099 Independent Contractor Relationship

    Expected Earnings

    $250,000–$400,000+ annually , with significant upside for doctors who embrace a broader clinical scope.

    Schedule
    • Four clinical days per week
    • Approximately 16 clinical days per month
    • 9-hour shifts
    • Office hours: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

    • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
    • Active Nevada license (or ability to obtain)
