Job Title: Document Control Manager/Admin
Location: Houston Texas 77072
Duration: 12+ Months
Summary:
The Document Control Manager/Admin is responsible for maintaining, organizing and updating document records for Company, as well as processing all project deliverables in a timely and efficient manner between Company, Client, and Vendors.
  • Delivering documentation to field or plant operations on time and in accordance with company standards.
  • Execute safe, accurate, on-time delivery of documentation to internal and external customers.
  • Develop internal and external customer contacts to gather service quality feedback and devise improvement strategies.
  • Lead continual improvement initiatives related to authoring, standards, methodologies, business systems and publishing software.
  • Develop and sustain required documentation, related business systems and training.
  • Manage the flow of correspondence in and out of the company through proper transmittals; ensure outgoing documents are accurate, comply with company standards and policies, route correspondence to correct associates; and protect and secure confidential and proprietary information.
  • Reviews and verifies project documents for completeness, format and compliance with contract requirements
  • Training/supporting project participants on document control tools

Education
Minimum: High School Diploma plus at least 3 years Document Control management experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in a field related to process management, compliance or coordination. (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, Quality Assurance, Human Resources).
Experience
Minimum: 2 Years of experience in project document control management.
Preferred: 3-5 years of document control experience within engineering, manufacturing or construction industry, or oilfield services environments.
Skills:
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail (mandatory)
  • Ability to analyse data and draw accurate conclusions
  • Ability to follow procedures with precision
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
