• Lead end-to-end program delivery of data center migrations, including infrastructure builds, system migrations, and large-scale deployments.
• Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans across multiple workstreams.
• Manage risks, escalations, and dependencies with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, networking, security, and cloud teams.
• Define and track success metrics; ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing regular updates and reporting.
• Drive vendor and partner coordination for third-party system migrations and logistics.
• Champion best practices in infrastructure program management, including change management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management roles with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, or data center operations.
• Proven experience leading large-scale data center migrations involving 50,000+ systems.
• Strong understanding of data center technologies including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and security.
• Experience managing programs with high availability and minimal downtime requirements.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and vendor partnerships.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.
