    Position Title: District Manager
    Reports to: Division Director
    Job Type: Full Time
    As a District Manager for Majors Management, LLC, you will drive sales and operations for a market comprising 10-15 convenience stores. District Managers have full responsibility to drive results, mentor a team of Store Managers, and develop the top line growth of the business. Our ideal candidate is a passionate leader who has a desire to continuously seek opportunities for improvement within their district using financial and operational data.
    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Foster a culture where the primary focus will always be on the guests' needs
    • Organizational Development: Build, train, and develop a first-class Store Management team through metrics and day-to-day operations in the district
    • Communicate company objectives, as necessary, so that store teams understand how the company strategy fits into their day-to-day operations
    • Encourage an organized and process-oriented atmosphere
    • Build collaborative relationships with Store Managers, other District Managers, and Support Center partners
    • Represent store needs at Corporate Support Center: React strategically to changes in the marketplace and influence key stakeholders to make necessary changes
    • Drive sales and profitability: Provide leadership to a team of Store Managers and Restaurant Managers to attain company targets for sales, margin, expenses, employee turnover and overall profitability of each store
    • Monitor and analyze store financials and operating expenses to identify opportunities that maximize performance and profitability
    • Conduct root cause analysis on problem areas that are impacting performance and profitability within the district. Develop and implement action plans to correct identified issues and improve performance. Set clear expectations and track results
    • Serve as a role model to team members in and outside of stores by consistently presenting a high energy, friendly attitude to team members and guests, inspiring team members to be passionate about their job and diligently work toward their future

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Must have a demonstrated commitment to a high level of excellence and execution
    • Must be sales-oriented, customer-focused with a strong attention to detail and the ability to create impactful action plans to drive improvement
    • Passionate, leader with a people first mentality; every team member and guest deserve a great experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues in an easily understood manner
    • Ability to plan, prioritize, and effectively deal with ambiguity and stressful situations in a fast-paced environment, with energy, drive, and focus on execution
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Very strong business acumen
    • Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR
    • Availability to be on call 24/7

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
    • Minimum of 2+ years of multi-unit retail management experience in similar working environment
    • High School diploma or GED is required
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, strongly preferred
