Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Processor Associate III to support a high-volume Open Enrollment project. In this fast-paced role, you will research, analyze, and process consumer information while maintaining exceptional productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
Successful candidates are dependable, adaptable, and thrive in production-driven environments where attention to detail is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Process eligibility and transaction requests accurately while following established procedures.
- Research, review, and update consumer information across multiple systems.
- Complete all assigned transactions with a high level of accuracy and minimal errors.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity goals and quality assurance standards.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of project procedures and operating systems.
- Provide outstanding internal and external customer service.
- Ensure work is completed within required contractual deadlines.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Follow attendance guidelines and report to work on time and ready to perform daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
Required
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM (must be listed on your resume).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently after training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to consistently produce high-quality work while maintaining production goals.
Preferred
- College degree.
- Eligibility determination experience.
- Transaction processing experience.
- Administrative, healthcare, insurance, or government program processing experience.
Work Environment
- Office-based position.
- High-volume production environment supporting Open Enrollment.
- Fast-paced workflow with strict productivity and quality expectations.
- Overtime, evenings, and occasional weekend hours may be required.
- Position requires prolonged sitting, computer work, and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
