Customer Solutions Associate

Salary: 28,911- depending on experience plusincentives of up to 20% of your quarterly earnings as well as an annual bonus.

Location: Leeds, Thorpe Park,Hybrid working.

Start date: We havea start date for the 22nd of June, Assessment Centres will be running in our office on Friday 22nd May and Thursday 4th June.

Rotational shift pattern: Week 1: Mon 9-5:45, Tue 9-5:30, Wed Day off, Thur 9-5:30, Fri 9-5:30, Sat 9-4:00. Week 2: Mon-Fri 10:15-6:30.

Join us as aCustomer Solutions Associatein our contact centre, you'll help to navigate our customers' journey and bring people back to financial health. You'll be the realfirst point of contactfor our customers, answering inbound and making outbound calls.

You'll be the ear that listens to their financial struggles, and the voice that guides them through it. It's hard work, with a real focus onlistening skills, making sure we achieve theright outcomefor our customers whilst working towardsKPI's.It's not for everyone, but in this role, you canmake a real impacton peoples' lives.

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrable skills of supporting customers

  • Great listening andcommunication skills

  • To be apeople personand have an empathetic ear.

  • Resilienceand ability to work towards and exceed targets.

  • Enthusiasm, passion, anddedicationto achieve business and personal goals.

  • Previouscontact centreexperience is desirable.

  • Experience working in aregulatedenvironment is also desirable.
