About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support major Life Sciences construction projects valued at $100M–$500M. This role will lead project scheduling, planning, cost management, change management, and earned value progress while working closely with construction teams, project management, and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project scheduling, planning, and pull-planning exercises.
  • Identify key project components, milestones, and critical activities.
  • Manage project costs, forecasting, and change management.
  • Evaluate client costs versus company costs and revenue.
  • Track earned value and translate physical progress into measurable project value.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and weekly schedule update meetings.
  • Work closely with construction teams and project management to identify changes and assess their impact on cost and schedule.
  • Partner with cost analysts to monitor project spending, forecast costs, and identify potential issues.
  • Support project teams in maintaining strong cost and schedule performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing project controls for $100M–$500M projects.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, planning, and pull-planning methodologies.
  • Experience with project cost management and change management.
  • Understanding of earned value management and project progress measurement.
  • Life Sciences construction experience is required.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on active job sites and collaborate with construction teams.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting project controls teams.
