The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in supporting our sales engine. This position blends customer engagement, operational precision, and cross-functional coordination. You'll help ensure smooth client renewals, support excellent initiatives, validate inbound marketing leads, and route qualified opportunities to our Strategic Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Renewals & Cost Change Support
  • Manage and track upcoming client renewals, ensuring timely outreach and follow-up.
  • Prepare renewal quotes, cost-change documentation, and supporting materials.
  • Partner with internal teams (pricing, finance, operations) to validate cost changes and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain renewal data in CRM, and ensure all client records are up to date
  • Renewal Risk and Churn Forecasting
  • Handle routing and follow through of client escalation
  • Support Client Experience Manager with renewal forecasting and pipeline visibility.

Marketing Lead Qualification
  • Review and vet inbound marketing leads to determine fit, readiness, and potential opportunity.
  • Conduct initial outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to qualify interest and gather key information.
  • Apply lead-scoring criteria to ensure only high-quality leads move forward.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality trends and campaign performance.

Sales Request Routing & Coordination
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general sales inquiries and requests.
  • Assess incoming requests and route them to the appropriate Strategic Account Executive or internal team.
  • Ensure smooth handoff by documenting context, customer needs, and urgency.
  • Track and report on request volume, response times, and routing accuracy.

What You'll Bring:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales support, business development, customer success, or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills - clear, professional, and confident.
  • High attention to detail, especially when working with pricing, contracts, and CRM data.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to collaborate across teams.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

$70,000 - $73,000 a year
Eligible for quarterly bonus plan.
