Automotive Technician | $80K–$110K+ Earning Potential | No Weekends

Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25/hour guaranteed base pay
Pay Type: Guaranteed Base + Production + Bonuses + Commission
Earning Potential: $80,000–$110,000+ annually

About USC Auto Garage

USC Auto Garage is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join its growing team in Pittsburgh, PA. This opportunity offers a guaranteed hourly base pay with production incentives, earning potential of $80,000–$110,000+ annually, and a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend work. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
  • Perform automotive maintenance and repair services with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Accurately diagnose vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate repairs.
  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented shop environment.
  • Maintain professional communication with teammates throughout the repair process.
  • Help deliver high-quality repairs that build customer trust and support shop growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • Strong diagnostic skills across Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.
  • Pennsylvania State Safety Inspection License required.
  • Pennsylvania Emissions License preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Positive attitude with a team-first approach.
  • Strong professionalism and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

  • $25/hour guaranteed base pay.
  • Real-world production averaging approximately $34/hour.
  • $80,000–$110,000+ annual earning potential.
  • Monthly efficiency bonuses ranging from $50–$350.
