  • Deliver and transport materials to job sites and between locations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, material counts, and tracking.
  • Support field and office teams with general operational needs.
  • Use tools and basic technical equipment safely and properly.
  • Perform a variety of additional tasks as needed to keep projects moving efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with tools, materials, and basic technical equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn technical systems and software.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to safely lift, carry, and move project materials and equipment.
  • Dependability and a team-first mindset.
  • Willingness to learn pre-fabrication, programming, configuration, and testing processes.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • Work primarily in a shop, warehouse, or operational support environment.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods while preparing and organizing materials.
  • Regularly bend, reach, push, pull, and carry project materials and equipment.
  • Safely lift and move materials as required to support project preparation and delivery.
  • Use hand tools, basic technical equipment, computers, and electronic devices.
  • Drive to job sites and other locations to transport materials as needed.
  • Occasionally work at active commercial, institutional, government, or construction sites.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area while following applicable safety procedures.
