Job description

A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Program Control Analyst to provide programmatic, logistics, and travel coordination support to the BNATCS Small Voice Switch Replacement (S-VCS) effort in support of the FAA VOICE Program. This role focuses on schedule coordination, logistics tracking, travel planning, cost control, and documentation support associated with nationwide site surveys, remediation activities, installation oversight, and legacy Voice Communication System (VCS) disposition activities across the National Airspace System (NAS).
The position works closely with Program Management, Disposition Leads, site execution teams, vendors, and FAA stakeholders to ensure logistics, travel, and property-related activities are properly planned, authorized, tracked, and documented in accordance with FAA and integrator requirements.
Responsibilities:
Program Control & Coordination
  • Provide day-to-day program control support for logistics and travel activities associated with post-site survey support and legacy VCS disposition efforts.
  • Support development and maintenance of site-specific schedules aligned with approved transition waterfalls and cutover plans.
  • Track task execution status, open actions, risks, and dependencies related to logistics, travel, and site execution activities.
  • Support preparation of periodic status reports documenting progress, issues, risks, and mitigation actions.

Logistics & Property Support
  • Assist with planning and coordination of logistics activities for legacy VCS equipment removal, staging, shipment, transfer, reuse, or disposal.
  • Track property accountability actions, including transfers, excess reporting, and disposal entries in FAA property systems (e.g., FRAMES), supporting verification and audit readiness.
  • Maintain organized records of equipment removal forms, shipping documentation, inventory validation records, and recycling certificates (R2/e-Steward), as applicable.
  • Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and FAA Logistics Center (FAALC) stakeholders to ensure logistics activities align with FAA requirements and site constraints.

Travel Planning & Cost Control
  • Coordinate nationwide travel for program personnel supporting site surveys, remediation, installation oversight, and disposition execution across FAA facilities.
  • Ensure all travel is properly authorized in advance, compliant with government per diem policies, and aligned with task-order requirements.
  • Track travel costs, reconcile travel documentation, and provide cost inputs to Program Management for forecasting and reporting.
  • Support development of travel estimates for upcoming NEEDS packages and deployment waves.

Documentation & Deliverables Support
  • Support preparation, review, tracking, and submission of logistics- and travel-related inputs to SOW deliverables, including status reports and final disposition documentation.
  • Maintain centralized repositories or fusion hubs with accurate, current logistics and travel records to support traceability and FAA acceptance.
  • Assist Program Management in ensuring deliverables are complete, accurate, and inspection ready.

Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 3-5 years of experience in program control, logistics coordination, or PMO support within Federal programs.
  • Experience supporting travel coordination and cost tracking for multi-site or nationwide programs.
  • Familiarity with government per diem rules and travel authorization processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Skills Preferred:
  • Experience supporting FAA, DoD, or other Federal aviation or infrastructure modernization programs.
  • Familiarity with FAA logistics, property management, or disposition processes.
  • Experience supporting equipment removal, asset tracking, or lifecycle logistics efforts.
  • Prior experience working under large system integration programs with distributed field teams.

Additionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.
The salary range for positions is $50,000 to $175,000. This range is provided as a general guideline and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of compensation. Actual salary offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition, compensation may be influenced by applicable Federal Government contract labor categories and established contract wage rates.
