Real Estate Sales Trainee - High Commission Split, No Experience Required

Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective strategies for closing deals and generating leads.
  • Showcase properties to potential buyers, offering insights and guidance throughout the viewing process.
  • Develop and maintain a growing client base through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
  • Utilize company-provided systems to track and manage client interactions and transactions efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to engage with clients and understand their unique real estate needs.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or any people-focused role is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with experienced agents to learn and apply effective sales strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently showcase properties and guide clients through the buying process.
  • Proactive approach to outreach and relationship-building to expand your client base.
  • Willingness to participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills continually.
