This isn't just another leadership position. It's an opportunity to shape the future of one of Keller Williams' most collaborative and growth-focused Market Centers while contributing to the broader Legacy community of leaders and Market Centers. As a Team Leader, you'll have the support, resources, and collaboration of a larger organization while making a meaningful impact at the local level. 

Who We're Looking For

For the right person, this is an opportunity, not just a job.

We're looking for a proven leader who has consistently risen to the top in both production and leadership. You are energetic, highly influential, people-focused, and driven by results. You naturally inspire others, build meaningful relationships, and create environments where people succeed.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has a proven track record of success in real estate sales and leadership.

  • Is passionate about recruiting, coaching, and developing agents.

  • Aligns with the Keller Williams culture and models (experience with KW systems is preferred but not required).

  • Understands how to build productive relationships and influence others through leadership.

  • Operates with a high sense of urgency and accountability.

  • Is comfortable using financial reports and key performance metrics to make business decisions.

  • Has a growth mindset and views learning as the foundation for success.

  • Has at least 2–3 years of real estate sales experience and has consistently been among the top performers in their office.

Compensation & Benefits

  • On-target earnings: $120,000 - $200,000+

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities (eligible after 60 days)

Compensation:

$120,000 - $200,000+ On Target Earnings


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve their highest potential, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the Market Center, aligning with Keller Williams' vision and values.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor agents, providing them with the tools and guidance needed to excel in their careers.
  • Analyze market trends and financial reports to make informed decisions that enhance the Market Center's performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with agents, clients, and the broader community to expand our network and influence.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and workshops to share insights, celebrate successes, and address challenges collectively.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive work environment where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best work.

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong recruiting and talent attraction abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High accountability and goal orientation.
  • Real estate sales expertise, preferably in residential real estate.
  • Financial acumen, including understanding P&Ls and business metrics.
  • Computer proficiency and MLS experience.
  • A demonstrated history of achieving ambitious goals.
