    About the role
    This position performs a broad spectrum of duties to support our efforts in providing outstanding customer experience, maintain highly efficient operational productivity and company profitability by processing customer orders. Applicants will find that we work within a fast-paced environment, where continuous improvement, growth, and safety are at the top of our priority list. Learning and cross-training is encouraged throughout the Fulfillment Center. Our employees work in a top-tier, climate-controlled, fully automated facility.     The impact you can have
    • This position performs a broad range of functions that have a direct impact on the end customer experience.
    • Day-to-day tasks may include inbound and outbound functions such as unloading/receiving, replenishing, picking, sorting, packing, or loading/shipping customer orders.
    • Associates are required to report to work as scheduled and work required necessary.
    • Associates would be required to follow a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ensure that work is performed in accordance with the SOP's that are in place within each department.
    • Work will be performed in accordance with labor management standards applicable to the specific job assignment.
    • Associates will be expected to adhere to Fulfillment Center work rules, as well as HR and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
    • Train to be cross functional in other rolls
    You'll bring to the role
    Must be able to meet physical demands that include frequent and extended periods of lifting, pushing/pulling up to 50lbs, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching overhead.
    • Work with a safety-first mindset, being mindful of not only your safety but of your co-worker's safety as well.
    • Must have basic reading, writing, and math skills.
    • Ability to understand RFID technology.
    • Must be able to carry out verbal and/or written instructions.
