In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex, crossfunctionalproduct development programsfor our dispenser and smart/IoT solutions portfolio.
  • Own programs from concept through launch and postlaunch optimization, bringing together internal and external development teams to deliver differentiated, highquality products on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate work acrosshardware, firmware, software, and operations, manage risks and tradeoffs, and keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication and strong program leadership.
  • Report to theSenior R&D Manager - Dispensers and be based in Roswell, GA.
  • Leadendto end productdevelopment programsfrom concept through launch, including postlaunch optimization of dispensing systems and smart/IoTbased solutions.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams acrosshardware, firmware, software, and operationsto deliver integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate, lead and coach vendor partners throughout product development, go-live, and post launch lifecycles.
  • Build andmaintainintegrated timelines and plans, making informed tradeoffs on scope, schedule, resources, and cost whilemaintainingquality.
  • Run thecore program routines(planning, standups, reviews, gate meetings) and track progress against clear goals and milestones.
  • Identifyand managerisks, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation plans andtimelydecisions.
  • Ensure products meet agreedperformance, quality, safety, regulatory, and launchreadinessexpectations.
  • Provide clear, concisestatus updates and recommendationsto leadership and crossfunctional partners.
  • Capturelessons learnedandimproved"Ways of working" across future product programs.
  • Document and help protectintellectual propertygenerated through development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degreein a relevant engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • 7+of experience in a variety of technical assignments, including leading complex product development efforts.
  • Proventrack recordof deliveringnew electromechanical productsor major product renovations from concept through launch.
  • Experience with design and commercialization activities related to:
    • Plastics and injection molding.
    • Electromechanical systems.
    • Lowpower, batteryoperated devices.
  • Experience withdesign controls, design verification/validation, and change managementprocesses.
  • Strongproficiencywithprogram and project management methodologies(Agile/Scrum, stagegate, or hybrid) and tools such asJira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Build and managemultirelease product roadmapsand integrated project plans.
    • Identifyand managerisks, dependencies, and tradeoffsacross multiple teams and vendors.
    • Communicate effectively with bothtechnical and nontechnical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Excellentorganizational, analytical, and problemsolvingskills with high attention to detail.
  • Stronginfluence and collaborationskills, with experience leading without direct authority in a matrixed environment.

Preferred:

  • Master's degreeintechnicalfield or business.
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • IoT / connected devices, smart products, or systems integrating hardware, firmware, and cloud services.
    • Consumer or B2B product developmentin regulated or qualitycritical environments.
    • Enterprise SaaS or data/analytics platformsassociated with physical products.
  • Certifications such asPMP,PgMP, Scrum Master,SAFeAgilist, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated success setting up and runningprogram governance, including steering committees and crossfunctional operating mechanisms.
  • Customerfacing technical supportexperience (e.g., working directly with customers or field teams to resolve technical issues).

Salary Range: 105,740 - 130,620 USDAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
