Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Account Manager to oversee and nurture our client relationships, drive customer success, and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of customer needs, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
    • Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Customer Success:
    • Develop and implement tailored success plans for each account to drive adoption, engagement, and value realization.
    • Monitor and analyze client usage patterns and provide insights to improve product utilization.
    • Identify and mitigate churn risks by addressing pain points and showcasing the value of our solutions.
    • Collaborate with the product team to gather and communicate customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and execute account expansion strategies to increase wallet share and maximize customer lifetime value.
    • Negotiate contract renewals and expansions, ensuring optimal terms for both the client and the company.
    • Collaborate with sales teams on new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Strategic Planning and Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain account plans outlining growth strategies, risk mitigation, and key initiatives for each client.
    • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for account health, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Advocate for customer needs and feedback to drive product enhancements and service improvements.
    • Participate in internal meetings and contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements.
    • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
