  2. Coaching & Support: Facilitate robust knowledge transfer through hands-on workshops, on-the-job coaching, and the creation of detailed process documentation.
  3. Tooling Expertise: Recommend, support the implementation, and train users on the selected EA tooling, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the Bank’s existing IT infrastructure and the user maturity level.

D. Governance & Stakeholder Alignment

  1. Compliance: Ensure all EA deliverables and the resulting framework are fully compliant with national regulations, specific NBE directives, and established global banking best practices.
  2. Engagement: Assist in stakeholder alignment, communication, and engagement across all business and IT departments to guarantee successful adoption and sustained commitment to the EA program.

  • TOGAF-Based EA Framework Document: Comprehensive document detailing the customized principles, processes, governance, templates, and reference models.
  • Target Architecture Blueprint and Roadmap: Outlining short-, medium-, and long-term initiatives, fully aligned with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
  • Training Delivery & Certification: Successful delivery of TOGAF Foundation and Practitioner training, resulting in the certification of at least 10 Bank staff.
  • EA Tool Recommendation & Support: Analysis of suitable EA tools (e.g., Archi, Bizzdesign, LeanIX, Sparx EA), feature comparison, fit-for-purpose analysis, and implementation support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Governance Plan.
  • Knowledge Transfer and Final Report: Including a sustainability plan and recommendations for post-engagement support.

IV. Mandatory Requirements
