Delivery Operations
- Deliver HVAC equipment and supplies safely and on time.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Verify deliveries for accuracy.
- Obtain customer signatures and required documentation.
- Maintain a clean and professional company vehicle.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory.
- Pull customer orders accurately.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Represent Johnstone Supply Upstate Group professionally at every customer location.
- Assist customers with loading products.
- Build positive relationships with contractors.
- Support the counter sales team during busy periods.
- Assist with branch operations as needed.
- Participate in safety meetings and training.
- Learn company products and systems.
- Cross-train in warehouse, counter sales, and inventory functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- DOT medical certification (or ability to obtain, if required).
