What You'll Do
You'll spend your time creating opportunities, solving customer problems, and growing profitable relationships.
You'll:
- Grow profitable market share
- Build and expand existing Partner relationships
- Prospect and develop new business
- Introduce customers to our tools, programs, and solutions
- Execute your territory plan with discipline
- Keep CRM current because it helps you win
- Partner closely with our Fresno branch to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
This isn't a desk job.
This is field sales requiring initiative, follow-through, urgency, and ownership.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses- Competitive $68,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission program
- Performance bonuses
- Expected total annual earnings of $100,000-$170,000+ based on performance
- No cap on earning potential—the more you grow your territory, the more you earn.
