Project Coordinator 
Location: North Reading, MA (onsite)
Employment Type: Direct hire / permanent
Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and qualifications

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the administrative operations of our Services division due growth. This in-person, office-based role ensures that every service project is properly scheduled, documented, billed, and closed out. The Coordinator serves as a central point of organization between customers, field technicians, and internal team with positioning to grow into a Project Manager.
 
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate technician schedules in collaboration with shop and operations personnel
  • Maintain comprehensive job documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Process change orders, billing, and customer invoices
  • Record labor, materials, and project costs within company systems
  • Submit inspection reports and compliance documentation by required deadlines
  • Respond to customer inquiries before, during, and after service work
  • Prepare project status updates for project managers and leadership
  • Manage vendor and supplier documentation
 
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in construction or engineering within administrative or project management adjacent role
  • Proficiency with project tracking and documentation software
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate between customers and field personnel
  • Associates / Bachelors degree preferred
