Job Description
Duties include assembling and packaging different types of running gear product lines produced. Managing target levels off the company intranet, ordering / stocking materials when needed, and delivering finished products to the loading dock area. Cross-training/rotation within the department is required regularly. Must be willing to work overtime,10-12hr days with occasional Saturday overtime when needed to meet customer's demand. Must maintain efficiency and quality standards. Must be willing to work in other areas of Components, when necessary, based on workload and needs within the Division.

  • Safety & quality conscious
  • Understand and be responsible for material ordering and managing target levels.
  • Ability to use hand tools for assembly
  • Meet production cycle time expectations for each assembly
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Ability to read blueprints to ensure product assembled and packaged to print
  • Lift up to 50lbs. repeatedly
  • Forklift certification / driving
  • Stand for up to 12 hrs.
  • Other duties as assigned
