    4. Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work effectively.

  1. Communication and Coordination:

    1. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including Government representatives, supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates, using various methods such as telephone, teleconferencing (e.g., Microsoft Teams), email, or in-person meetings.

    2. Represent the organization to external parties, including customers, the public, and government entities.

    3. Schedule and facilitate meetings related to program areas and IT projects.

  2. Leadership and Guidance:

    1. Coordinate the work and activities of others to accomplish tasks and achieve objectives.

    2. Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.

    3. Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.

  1. Strategic Planning and Risk Management:

    1. Establish short-term, mid-term, and long-term objectives and specify strategies and actions to achieve them.

    2. Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans within the program area.

    3. Perform risk assessments and develop response strategies to mitigate risks.

    4. Develop implementation plans, including cost-benefit analyses and return on investment evaluations.

  1. Technical Expertise and Process Improvement:

    1. Provide expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems, or process-related topics.

    2. Develop and manage work breakdown structures for IT projects within the program area.
