IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is a recognized leader in Facilities Management and Operations in support of Defense, Intelligence, and National Security missions Under a major Intelligence Community contract, IAP operates and maintains facilities, systems, and associated grounds across Virginia and Maryland. Services provided include comprehensive facility operations; project management for renovations, minor construction, and major equipment repairs; engineering, construction, and operations support; custodial and grounds maintenance services; environmental, safety, and occupational health support; food services; motorpool and logistics operations; and physical and technical security services. As the CADD Specialist, you will provide advanced computer-aided design and drafting support for Intelligence Community (IC) facilities, infrastructure, and mission-support projects. This role requires expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a secure, highly regulated environment. The specialist collaborates closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to produce accurate, compliant, and mission-ready technical drawings. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Develop, modify, and maintain detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
* Prepare architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and site drawings as required
* Ensure all drawings comply with organizational standards, building codes, and IC security requirements
* Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders to incorporate design changes and updates
* Maintain drawing databases, version control, and configuration management in secure systems
* Support design reviews, project meetings, and technical documentation efforts
* Assist with field verification, redlines, and production of final as-built drawings
* Safeguard sensitive and classified information in accordance with IC policies and procedures EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: * Certification in AutoCAD and Revit
* Minimum of 5 years of professional CADD experience, preferably supporting government or defense-related projects KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * Demonstrated experience producing detailed construction documents, layouts, and as-built drawings
