Requirements

Essential Job Functions:

  • Functional Testing of completed units: verifying performance of Ethernet ports, CAN/LIN interfaces, USB, LEDs, and other key features using diagnostic tools and software.
  • Final Assembly of electronic products: installing printed circuit boards into protective enclosures, attaching connectors, membranes, labeling, and preparing for final testing.
  • Burn-in Testing: executing stress tests to validate hardware reliability and robustness. Documentation: logging test results, reporting defects, and providing feedback to engineering and production teams to improve product quality continuously.
  • Collaboration: working with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to support smooth product flow and continuous improvement.

Skills:

  • Experience performing functional tests and burn-in procedures on electronic hardware.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and test documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow established procedures.
  • Comfortable using computers and diagnostic software in a production environment.
  • A team-player mindset with a strong work ethic and desire to build high-quality, innovative products.
