Job Location: San Ramon, CA
Job Type: Contract
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The candidate would be testing and certifying 911 PSAP (Public Service Answering Point) hardware and software and GIS systems with Emergency Services IP Network (ESINet).
- The candidate would be developing and executing test plans
- The candidate will be documenting defects and reporting test results.
- The candidate will need to work with call handling equipment and ESInet providers to investigate and determine the root cause as well as resolve issues.
- The candidate will need to perform systems integration and test
- The candidate needs to exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. Will be working with multiple vendors, as well as multiple internal teams.
- Candidate must have attention to detail
- The candidate will need flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
