    Title: Oracle service cloud CRM/Oracle Service Cloud Consultant.
    Location: San Jose, CA
    Duration: 12 Contract
    Skills and Experience:
    • Hands on development
    • How business works
    • How crm can support business
    • 6+ years' experience in software
    • 1+ year of bui extensions using bui extensibility framework.
    • Strong experience in integrating crm solution with third party apps. (inbound and outbound)
    • Own development responsibility.
    • Experience in service cloud areas like oracle service cloud, app overview, customs script, custom process model cpm,customer portal configuration,
    • Navigation panes, ribbons, explorers and help
    • Initial setup.
    • Navigation sets profiles, permissions and queue.
    • Staff accounts /groups and pwds.
    • Customizable menus and values.
    • Oracle service cloud core functionalities /business rules/ functions.
    • Displaying and editing records ...
    • Workplace rules and triggers.
    • Dynamics adjust display and values.
    • Custom objects and relationships/ packages and deployment.
    • Creating and monitoring answers and knowledge base.
    • Sla / response times and holidays.

    Technical skills:
    • Strong coding skills in dotnet or php or java or bootstrap technologies.
    • People familiar with angular js will be preferred.
    • Having exp in the below skills preferred.
    • Bui extensibility framework/ add-ins.
    • Dot net for classic agents console/ javascript for bui.
    • Custom scripts and processes (event handler)
    • Customer portal development.
    • Experience integrating with rest api;s.

    Preferred:
    • Hands-on in design, test plans , change management , technical specification and user guide documents.
    • Develop trusted relationship with key stake holders .
    • Agile development experience.
