Physician Leader - Workplace Health & Community Partnerships

What You'll Do
- Provide medical leadership, clinical oversight, and strategic direction for WPH and community health initiatives.
- Support, mentor, and supervise Advanced Practice Clinicians to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Collaborate closely with InterMed leadership and external employer/community partners.
- Participate in recruitment, performance reviews, clinical audits, and continuous quality improvement.
- Represent InterMed with professionalism as a key liaison to clients, stakeholders, and community partners.
- Deliver direct patient care as part of your ongoing clinical responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Board-certified (or Board-eligible) physician with active, unencumbered Maine license.
- 3+ years' experience as a physician; A background in Occupational Medicine, Population Health, or Employer-based health services is strongly preferred.
- Strong business acumen with leadership or management experience.
- Commitment to innovation, collaboration, and improving healthcare delivery.
- DEA and BLS required.
