Position: 1st Shift Forklift Operator
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Overtime as needed on Saturdays, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
Location: Whitestown, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to start immediately at $18 per hour. Enjoy comprehensive benefits upon hire!
Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Load, unload, and move materials efficiently within the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete shipping documentation
• Inspect equipment and perform routine safety checks
• Follow inventory control procedures and storage instructions
• Support warehouse operations and assist with other duties as needed
• Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years forklift operating experience, specifically sit-down forklifts
• OSHA forklift certification or previous forklift experience preferred
• RF Scanner experience is a plus
• Bilingual skills are a bonus but not required

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work overtime and cross-train in other departments
