Position: Customer Service Representative- C Shift

Pay: $19.00/hour

Shift: Sunday: 6:00PM-6:00AM, Monday: 6:00PM-6:00AM, Tuesday: 6:00PM-6:00AM, Wednesday: 6:00PM-12:00AM

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative- C Shift to start IMMEDIATELY at $19.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing and collecting client invoices, reviewing for accuracy
• Monitor product inventories and track shipment schedules
• Enter data daily and compile time-sensitive reports
• Check drivers in/out, print BOLs, and outbound details
• Assign doors to drivers and manage shipping information
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve inquiries and issues
• Prepare and analyze customer delivery reports
• Foster effective relationships with suppliers and clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Office 365, and AS400 is a plus
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to work safely on first shift
