    What you'll do:
    HR Data Governance & Quality
    • Establish and maintain HR data quality standards, governance controls, and source-of-truth documentation.
    • Support HR data dictionaries, metric definitions, metadata, mapping logic, and data lineage.
    • Build validation routines, reconciliation checks, and issue tracking processes for critical HR data.
    • Help ensure HR data is accurate, standardized, secure, and aligned to approved reporting definitions.
    • Support governance for core HR domains such as employee identity, worker status, job, position, manager, location, cost center, compensation, recruiting, and termination data.

    M&A Data Integration
    • Support HR data intake, profiling, mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation for acquisitions.
    • Assess acquired-company HR data for completeness, consistency, quality, and fit with QXO's standard data model.
    • Create repeatable templates, crosswalks, mapping files, and validation processes for acquisition data.
    • Partner with HRIS, IT, Enterprise Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Legal, and People Analytics to determine whether acquired-company data should be converted, staged, archived, mapped, or retained separately.
    • Help integrate acquired populations into QXO's standard HR reporting and analytics environment.

    Oracle HCM & Data Warehouse Readiness
    • Support Oracle HCM data readiness, including conversion validation, historical data mapping, issue disposition, and Day 1 reporting readiness.
    • Review source extracts, mapping tables, transformation rules, conversion files, and load outputs for data-quality and reporting impacts.
    • Work with HRIS, IT, Enterprise Analytics, and implementation partners on data conversion, integration, testing, and validation.
    • Build and maintain backend data structures, lookup tables, crosswalks, data-quality rules, and validation logic.
    • Support governed HR datasets for Fusion Analytics, BigQuery, Power BI, Tableau, Visier, or other approved analytics platforms.

    What you'll bring:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in HR data, HRIS data, data governance, data integration, data warehousing, People Analytics, or HR transformation.
    • Strong experience with HR data structures, including employee, job, position, organization, manager hierarchy, compensation, recruiting, performance, payroll/time adjacency, and termination data.
    • Experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion Analytics, Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, OTBI, BIP, or similar Oracle reporting/data environments strongly preferred.
    • Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses or cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Oracle ADW, or similar.
    • Experience with data mapping, conversion logic, crosswalks, transformation rules, reconciliation, and data-quality validation.
    • Experience supporting M&A data integration, acquired-company data assessment, onboarding data integration, or HR data standardization preferred.
    • Familiarity with HR systems such as UKG, SuccessFactors, ADP, iCIMS, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex, messy, or incomplete datasets.

    • HR data quality standards and governance practices are consistently applied across HR platforms and reporting environments.
    • Acquired-company data is mapped, validated, reconciled, and ready for governed reporting and analytics.
    • Oracle HCM and data warehouse readiness issues are tracked, tested, and dispositioned before major milestones.
    • Data dictionaries, mapping files, crosswalks, transformation rules, and validation logic are documented and maintained.
    • HR dashboards, Fusion Analytics outputs, and data warehouse tables are built on trusted, secure, and well-governed HR data.
