Overview

INNIO Group is a global distributed energy solutions provider that delivers reliable, flexible, transient, decentralized, modular and efficient power. INNIO designs, manufactures and services high-performance power systems under its Jenbacher and Waukesha brands. The company delivers power for applications including data centers, microgrids, grid stabilization, industrial energy and gas compression. INNIO operates a global installed base across approximately 100 countries and supports a resilient, high-margin services business that delivers long-term, recurring revenues across the full equipment lifecycle. INNIO enables scalable, behind-the-meter power generation with high efficiency, fast start capability, strong transient performance and fuel flexibility, including hydrogen-ready solutions. INNIO employs over 5,000 people worldwide and is committed to moving energy forward.

If you are an engineer who enjoys bridging technical expertise with clear communication, digital manufacturing systems, and shop-floor execution, INNIO offers you an exciting opportunity as a Process Documentation Manufacturing Engineer.

What you’ll do
  • Lead MES adoption by creating and maintaining process steps and digital work instructions and support the implementation of new products and process changes.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation in the Adonis business process management tool to support manufacturing operations and ensure ISO compliance.
  • Develop and maintain routings in Oracle.
  • Convert engineering requirements, drawings, bills of materials, process specifications, and shop-floor practices into clear, accurate, operator-friendly documentation.
  • Support process validation, production readiness, and engineering changes by updating documentation and systems in a timely, controlled manner.
  • Identify gaps or inconsistencies in existing documentation and drive improvements to support standardization, revision control, traceability, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience or knowledge in manufacturing engineering or process documentation.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (assembly, machining, or industrial preferred).
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
What will make you stand out
  • Experience developing work instructions and SOPs.
  • Familiarity with MES (routings, digital work instructions).
  • Understanding of process flows, PFMEA, and quality control plans.
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma preferred).
  • Experience with Oracle ERP.
Additional Details
