No problem—we will train you! - Live the Omotenashi Mindset: Anticipate guest needs, provide a premium experience, and treat every single customer as a 1-of-1 relationship.
- Master Follow-Up: Use our modern CRM tools to meticulously track customer interactions and build a robust long-term referral business.
- Conduct Expert Presentations: Become a certified Mazda product specialist, highlighting advanced technology and driving dynamics.
- Close with Confidence: Guide buyers seamlessly through the modern road-to-the-sale, from initial digital contact to the final delivery bay.
Qualifications
- Zero Experience Required: We are fully willing to train the right candidate. Prior experience in hospitality, wireless retail, or customer service is a huge plus!
- Tech-Savvy & Driven: Highly proficient with smartphone video tools, text communication, and modern software platforms.
- Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle digital leads professionally.
- Unstoppable Attitude: A strong desire to learn, grow, and execute under a world-class management team.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a clean driving record and pass a standard background check.
