Job description

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Work Location: INCATech Office ONSITE, Reston VA
INCATech is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide full-time support to executive leadership on-site at our Reston, VA office. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for:
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administer and coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Support performance management processes and maintain employee evaluation records
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct and document investigations related to employee relations issues
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
  • Administer benefits programs and support annual open enrollment
  • Maintain Paycor HRIS and ensure accurate employee data and documentation
  • Generate HR reports and metrics as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Related Experience:
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, strong interpersonal skills, attention to details.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources (at least one position/internship) and preferably up to 1 year of experience in the recruiting process
  • Experience coordinating or interest in employee benefit plans, recruitment, and compensation plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (STRONG preference for experience with Paycor HRIS).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Preferred:
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (AHRM-SCP)
