As a key member of the team, you will diagnose and solve plumbing issues with confidence, lead complex jobs with precision, and communicate clearly so homeowners fully understand their options. You will represent the company’s commitment to trust, accountability, and clean workmanship while mentoring others and contributing to a high performance, bonus driven culture. Your key responsibilities may include:

    • Perform residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and replacements
    • Lead complex plumbing jobs while ensuring code compliance and high-quality work
    • Educate customers with clarity and transparency, helping them understand their options
    • Provide accurate and honest estimates and recommendations
    • Maintain detailed job notes and documentation through ServiceTitan or similar software
    • Represent Fix & Flow’s values of trust, accountability, and exceptional service
    • Train or mentor apprentices and junior technicians when needed
    • Meet or exceed monthly performance goals to earn bonuses
    • Maintain a professional appearance, communication style, and customer-first mindset

    Requirements

    • Minimum Journeyman’s License or Master Plumber Class I or Class II License
    • Strong residential plumbing experience including diagnostics, repairs, drain and sewer work, water heaters, and fixture replacements
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and problem-solve onsite
    • Comfort using mobile dispatch and invoicing systems (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Ability to pass background and drug screening
