We are seeking a(an) Flow Cytometry Technologist for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in laboratory science or related field

Experience:

• 3+ years of clinical laboratory work
• 1+ years of flow cytometry experience is preferred
• Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).

Qualification Requirements:

• Certification by nationally recognized certification agency (i.e. ASCP, AMT, AACC, AAB, AGT, ABT, ASHI, NSH).
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Good visual acuity including color perception
