Job description

HumCap’s client, a leading company in the restaurant technology industry, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their team in Plano, TX. This role will focus on platform integrations, loyalty programs, customer data solutions, and AI-driven product innovations that enhance restaurant operations and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision for integrations, payments, loyalty, and data-driven solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, design, QA, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative product enhancements.
  • Leverage AI, analytics, and customer insights to drive personalization, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Own end-to-end integration initiatives, including POS, payment, and loyalty system integrations.
  • Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for new product capabilities.
  • Track product performance metrics and use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and feature prioritization.
  • Collaborate with restaurant operators and industry stakeholders to understand workflow challenges and improve user experiences.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering software products from concept through launch.
  • Experience with POS integrations, loyalty programs, payment systems, and customer data management.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, analytics, automation, and machine learning concepts.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Restaurant, hospitality, or food service technology experience preferred.
