Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking organized and detail-oriented HR Assistants for upcoming temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities with clients throughout the local market in the Pasadena, Glendale, and Burbank areas in California. These positions will support Human Resources teams with onboarding, employee records, recruiting coordination, compliance documentation, and day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities

  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate interviews, schedules, and candidate communications.
  • Process employment paperwork and background checks.
  • Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Track compliance documentation and personnel records.
  • Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and audits.
  • Partner with recruiters, managers, and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of administrative & HR support experience required.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment documentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Required Work Hours
Work hours will be determined based on client needs and specific assignments.

Additional Details
These opportunities are located in Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, and surrounding areas. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $22-$30/hr depending on experience (DOE).
