Job description

Ulliman Schutte is a national leader in the construction and renovation of water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and associated utility work.


We are seeking experienced Construction Laborers for one of our construction projects in Baltimore, MD. Industry-leading benefits include competitive wages, 401k retirement plan, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for all employees.


Start Date: As soon as possible

Pay Range: $20+ dependent on experience.

Construction Site Location: Baltimore, MD.


Construction Laborer Daily Life

  • Work outside in various weather conditions, both hot and cold.
  • Walk, stand, twist, bend, and stoop for entire shift.
  • Follow instructions of Foreman and Superintendent while working in a team setting.
  • 40-hour work week with possible overtime.


Construction Laborer Must Haves

  • Reliable transportation.
  • At least one year of experience as a Construction Laborer.
  • Knowledge of common safety practices on a construction site.
  • Team player.
  • Authorized to work in the US.


Construction Laborer Nice to Haves

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Some experience operating construction equipment (skid steer, telehandler, backhoe) or willingness/aptitude to learn to operate. (Possible advancement opportunities if these skills are developed!)
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English


All candidates must pass a post-offer drug screen and physical.
