ResponsibilitiesComo Asistente de Administrador de Inmuebles | Property Manager en Hines tus principales responsabilidades seran, sin embargo, no son limitativas a:
- Apoyar en establecer y mantener buenas relaciones con los inquilinos y su satisfaccion, apoyando al Gerente de Operaciones en la atencion derequerimientos de estos.
- Recopilar y mantener informacion relevante de la propiedad, incluyendo todo tipo de registro, que sea parte de la gestion realizada por el Gerentede Operaciones.
- Apoyar en el registro y elaboracion de reportes de operaciones y en la elaboracion y control de presupuestos.
- Asistir en el control y seguimiento de contratos de arrendamiento de inquilinos.
- Contribuir en el control de contratos de proveedores y control de polizas de seguros.
- Apoyar en la gestion de los servicios generales de limpieza, seguridad, etc.
- Apoyar en cualquier tema administrativo u operativo asignado por el Gerente de Operaciones.
- Entre otras funciones.
Requisitos minimos solicitados:
- Licenciarura en Administracion, Contabilidad, o a fin.
- Experiencia de 3 anos en puestos administrativos, financieros y/u operativos.
- Ingles avanzado.
- Conocimiento intermedio-avanzado en aplicaiones de Microsoft, principalmente en Excel, Word y Outlook.
- Actitud de servicio, trabajo en equipo, proactividad, seguimiento, trabajo al detalle.
Lugar de trabajo en Costa del Este.
