Picture yourself brightening someone's day. When you join our Hotels team, that's exactly what you'll do every time you come to work! As a Massage Therapist, you're not just providing professional massages and body treatments - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
  • Deliver professional spa treatments: Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
  • Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
  • Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
  • Ensure accurate documentation: Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations
  • Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
