This is your chance to be part of a Global Sales Team that ensures Hilton owners and operators receive the combined benefits of scale, access, competence, and experience. As a Senior Manager Business Development All-Inclusive you will support the team responsible for providing a differentiated selling platform for Hilton's diverse portfolio of brands by being relentlessly motivated to grow market share. On the All-Inclusive America Sales team reporting to the Assistant Managing Director Hilton All Inclusive Sales, you will focus on retail travel advisor accounts selling Hilton All-Inclusive properties.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Deliver training through webinars, live events, and inmarket activations to increase awareness, demand, and conversion across partner channels.
  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns, CEP programs, and group sales strategies to support partner success and maximize results.
  • Manage key accounts and onboard new agency partners through structured engagement, insights sharing, and tailored sales strategies.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Build and manage relationships with Retail Travel Agencies and wholesale partners, expanding distribution and driving topline revenue growth.
  • Serve as a trusted leader and brand ambassador, working closely with internal teams and external partners to support Hilton's AllInclusive growth strategy.
  • Network with business decision-makers and executives to influence positive All-Inclusive buying.
  • Engage in relevant industry organizations and events.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • Lead business development initiatives that grow sales for Hilton AllInclusive resorts through education, strategic partnerships, and field engagement.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) or more years of experience
  • Four (4) years of professional hospitality industry experience within a full-service hotel or as a customer buyer
  • Four (4) years of All-inclusive multi-resort sales business development experience 300+ rooms in Mexico, Central America & Caribbean destinations
  • In-depth knowledge of the Intermediary industry with specific attention to retail in the US
  • Based in Tri-State Area: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut
  • 40% Travel

It would be useful if you have:

  • Three (3) years of Managerial experience
  • Experience being responsible for Travel Agency Business development in the US and Canada
  • Experience using Salesforce and Delphi

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $85,000 - $130,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company. #LI-REMOTE
