Location: Madera, CA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)

Pay rate: $55-$63 per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Clinical Dialysis Nurse (RN) to oversee the operations and clinical integrity of multiple dialysis clinics across the Modera region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth dialysis expertise (in-center and/or home modalities), and a passion for improving quality of care through evidence-based practice and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical oversight for dialysis operations within assigned clinics, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.
  • Support patient safety, infection control, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Conduct audits, monitor outcomes, and implement corrective action plans where needed.
  • Mentor and train nursing and technical staff to uphold best practices and company standards.
  • Collaborate with nephrologists, clinic managers, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and operational performance.
  • Oversee implementation of policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support new clinic openings, surveys, and compliance readiness.
  • Occasionally assist with direct patient care and home dialysis training as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Active California RN license in good standing (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of dialysis experience; at least 1 year in a supervisory, educator, or clinical coordinator role preferred.
  • Knowledge of CMS Conditions for Coverage and dialysis compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel between clinic locations in the Modera region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Master's degree a plus.
