    Job Description:
    Are you warm, friendly, and enjoy helping seniors? We are seeking Helpers and caregivers for private, non-medical senior care in Sacramento, CA, 95608, 95762, 95648, 95621. This role involves assisting with easy, everyday tasks and providing companionship. Ideal for gig workers looking for flexible, one-time tasks rather than full-time employment.
    Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour Plus bonus
    Start Date: Enrolling now for August Launch
    Job Details:
    We offer various openings for Helpers who can assist with non-medical senior care needs. You can choose the tasks you prefer and the clients you want to work with. Examples of tasks include:
    - Companionship
    - Light housekeeping
    - Transportation/errands
    - Basic assistance with TV, computers, or other devices
    - Activities at home (e.g., board games, crafts, light gardening)
    - Attending events outside the home (e.g., religious services, community events, shopping)
    - Mobility assistance
    Ambassador Helper Program:
    For those who sign up to be an Ambassador Helper you will act as an Ambassador for the launch of our new Helpers role, we offer a base pay of $300 a week. As an Ambassador, you will help promote the Helpers role and assist in ensuring customers have a great first time experience.
    These roles are limited.
    The Helper will provide the following services:
    • Helper will respond to customer(s) within 5 minutes of request via the Herewith portal. Failure to do so could result in termination of contract.
    • Helpers are required to arrive on time for all scheduled customer requests.
    • Helpers will do their best to ensure the customer has a great first experience and all service needs are met.

    Payment Schedule:
    • Helpers will be paid $300/week via ACH. Weekly payment will be made within 5 working days.
    • Variable CompensationYou will be eligible for discretionary payments based on customers rate of pay for Helper tasks. These will be paid out at least weekly
