Job description

Working as a school nutrition substitute is not a full-time position. It is considered on-call, as needed, with no guarantee of hours/pay. This is an hourly position and is not eligible for benefits.
Substitutes are not eligible to draw unemployment wages. [Campbell v. Poythress, 216 Georgia Appeals 834 (1995)]
The 2024-2025 hourly rate:  $12.50/hr.
