BACKGROUND & PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Brand Manager (contractor) to support the rapidly growing FrontofHouse (FOH) and Flavor agenda for the UFS Hellmann's brand. This role supports FOH commercial strategy, flavor innovation, and brand-building initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support execution of Hellmann's FOH strategy, including commercial initiatives, merchandise, and operatorfacing activations.
Assist in the Flavor innovation roadmap, trend scouting, concepting, and gotomarket planning.
Lead Innovation projects inclusive of daytoday project coordination, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
Coordinate with Operator Marketing & sales on sales enablement tools.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bachelor's degree required.
2-4 years of Brand Management, Marketing, Foodservice, Client, or related experience.
Passion for food, flavor trends, and dining culture.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Actionoriented mindset with comfort in fastpaced environments.
Experience with Nielsen, Circana, or Direct Link a plus.
