RoleResponsibilities

InternsbecomeintegralmembersofanExecutiveSearchteamforthedurationoftheinternshipandreceiveexposuretoandpracticalhands-onexperiencein:

• Candidate,companyandindustryresearchforactiveclientsearchesandbusinessdevelopmentactivities.
• Clientmeetings,includingconferencecalls,intakemeetingsandbriefings.
• HowtheSearchstrategyiscreated(inclosecollaborationwithourclientsandtheirsearchteam.)
• UtilizingproprietarytoolsandtechnologytogeneratenamesofpotentialsearchcandidatesandtrackdatainaSalesforcedatabase.

RoleQualifications

• Mustbeauniversitystudententeringtheirfinalyearofundergraduateorgraduateeducationatanaccreditedinstitution.
• Possessprofessionalcommunicationskillsincludingwriting,speakingandlistening.
• Havewell-developedorganizational,analytical,planning,andprojectmanagementskills.
• Displaytheabilitytograspconceptsquickly,thinkcreatively,andsynthesizecomplexinformationwithurgency.
• Presentinformationwithconvictionandclarity.
• Haveprovenresearchskillsandadeepintellectualcuriosity.
• Beunselfish,team-oriented,andenjoyaddingvaluetoacollegial,collaborativeenvironment.

PayRangeGuidelinesforthisPosition:

Thehourlyrangeforthispositionis25.00USDto26.50USD.Compensationisbasedonseveralfactorsincludingbutnotlimitedtoeducation,workexperienceandskills.
