    Job description

Join Our Transformative Mental Healthcare Team

Become part of a movement dedicated to reshaping mental health services. Founded by professionals in psychiatry, our organization is at the forefront of addressing the mental health crisis, revolutionizing how individuals access care and how clinicians provide it. We prioritize transparency regarding our services, treatments, and coverage, advocate for innovation, and utilize our extensive data to continually enhance care delivery.

Our mission is straightforward yet impactful: Enhancing lives, one session at a time.

Our dedicated and skilled clinical team enjoys both autonomy and institutional backing, allowing them to concentrate on what truly matters: improving patient outcomes. Our clinicians aspire to make a broader impact beyond individual client support, striving to elevate care standards that resonate throughout the system.

As a trusted behavioral health partner in the Western U.S., we have cultivated strong relationships that provide us with exceptional access, interoperability, and priority referrals. This unique position, combined with our top-tier coordinated care and feedback mechanisms, leads to outstanding results and cost efficiencies.

Our services are designed to be convenient, accessible, and expert-driven, merging personalized client engagement with cutting-edge technology to enhance, rather than replace, human interaction. We believe that genuine human connections are essential, and we ensure comprehensive care from the initial match through each session, so no one is overlooked and everyone has a brighter future ahead.

    Why Clinicians Choose Us
    • Clinician-Led Expertise: Our organization is founded and guided by clinicians, ensuring that our Clinical Leadership team influences every decision.
    • Streamlined Administrative Tasks: We manage insurance, billing, and marketing, allowing you to focus on your passion—working with clients.
    • Innovative Technology: Utilizing Blueprint AI for session notes enables clinicians to spend less time on documentation and more on meaningful client interactions.
    • Competitive Benefits: We offer industry-leading benefits, including sick leave and 401(k) contributions.
    • Clinical Support: Access our Clinical Consult Groups or schedule case consultations with our top clinicians.
    • Clinical Autonomy: You have the freedom to make decisions regarding patient care, supported by our experienced Executive Therapists and Psychiatrists.
    • Collaborative Teams: Join a supportive community where clinicians work in small teams of 10 to 12, with a licensed clinical lead available for assistance.
    Our Core Values
    • Streamline processes.
    • Build authentic connections.
    • Raise the standard of care.
    Headlight by the Numbers
    • Access: While the average wait time to see a W2 Clinician is 4 weeks, we reduce this to an average of 8.9 days, with 80% of clients seen within two weeks.
    • Retention and Therapeutic Relationships: Industry data shows a 70% return rate for clients; we achieve a remarkable 92% return rate, demonstrating our ability to match clients with the right clinicians.
    • Continuity of Care: In the broader industry, only 36% of clients who attend at least four sessions continue with the same clinician; we exceed this with a 94% continuity rate.
    • Client Engagement and Attendance: The industry average for clients attending their first scheduled appointment is 65%; we improve this to an 81% attendance rate, reflecting effective engagement strategies.
    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Build positive, trusting relationships with patients.
    • Diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
    • Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
    • Conduct regular meetings with patients to provide counseling and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
    • Perform ongoing assessments of patient progress.
    • Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
    • Plan outreach and referral activities within the community.
    Qualifications
    • At least 12 months of experience in a clinical setting after obtaining full licensure.
    • A Master’s Level Degree or higher in a relevant field (Required).
    • A full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license (specific to office location). Applications without a valid, active license will not be considered. We are not hiring associate/intern level therapists at this time.
    • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not mandatory.
    • Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Capability to guide, direct, or influence others.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and their families.
    • Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Experience in using EHR systems to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories is essential. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable.
    • Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot common issues.
    Benefits
    • W-2 role with medical, dental, and vision coverage effective on the first of the month following employment.
    • Base salary plus monthly bonuses based on billed hours.
    • Support for continuing education, including CEU days and reimbursements.
