    Job SummaryThis position is responsible for representing the needs of a specific domain for Supplier Management Services, Customer Service, IT, Health Care Management or Data and Analytics solutions of the supplier management organization. This includes assessing, identifying, and collaboratively executing on strategic opportunities for supplier management practices and supplier performance. Responsible for building, managing and monitoring supplier relationships through performance monitoring of contract agreements, and issue resolution for HCSC operations. Responsible for implementing strategy and developing processes/tools for oversight and entity management to improve processes or results.

    Required Job Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of process improvement of core operational functions OR 9 years of process improvement of core operational functions and managing supplier relationships. This should include experience playing lead role in program/project level delivery.
    • 1 year management experience
    • Project management experience and effective team leadership skills.
    • Business knowledge to help HCSC Operations achieve service targets.
    • Experience managing supplier relationships and performance.
    • Experience managing difficult relationships and resolving conflict.
    • Ability to influence, negotiate, and execute while navigating customer relationships.
    • Hands on experience using modern operational excellence and continuous improvement methods (LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma, TQM) with basic knowledge of these methodologies.
    • Clear and concise verbal and written communication, analytical and collaboration skills.

    Preferred Job Qualifications:

    • Master's degree
    • Healthcare experience
    • Formal training in operational excellence methods, such as LEAN, TPM, 6 Sigma.
