Compensation Amount:
Responsible for all aspects of unit operation and floor management, including merchandise, equipment, and property to facilitate fulfillment of financial goals, company incentives and client standards. Maintain a consistently high standard of guest service, cleanliness, product presentation, and cost control. Supervise Retail Lead and Retail Clerks to ensure tasks are completed in a friendly, safe, and efficient manner. This position reports to the General Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Communicate regularly and professionally with General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Retail Operations Manager among others to ensure efficient delivery and supply of all retail items.
Under guidance of General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Retail Operations Manager, participate in and give working direction for pre and post season setup/teardown of gift shops.
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
Basic computer knowledge and ability including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and retail POS systems.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the unit. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.
Lift, carry, and push up to 10 lbs. regularly, 15-20 lbs. frequently, and up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
Typical office equipment (computer, phone system, fax, copier, scanner, among others.)
