Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a US-La Grange-Operator I to join their team. As a US-La Grange-Operator I, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: US-La Grange-Operator I
Location: La Grange, NC
Pay Range: $17.35
Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm, OT as required
What's the Job?
- Set up and operate machines to produce quality parts based on specifications
- Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, and sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances
- Start, observe, and troubleshoot machine operations, making adjustments as needed
- Assemble components and complete changeovers or material feedthroughs
- Perform inspections using gauges and calipers to ensure finished workpieces meet standards
What's Needed?
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
